Interior Fit-Out

THE CHALLENGE

What often looks like a simple checklist of tasks can quickly turn complex once execution begins on-site. With multiple stakeholders involved — the Architect, Client, Main Contractor, and several Subcontractors — even modest fit-out projects can easily run over budget and miss deadlines.

OUR APPROACH

For every project, whether a compact fit-out or a large-scale development, we begin with an internal kickoff meeting. This ensures that all our departments, from HR to Project Execution, fully understand their roles and responsibilities.

On-site, we conduct a joint kickoff meeting with the project management team, architect, consultants, and specialized vendors (Electrical, HVAC, Security, BMS, FAPA, etc.). This collaborative approach aligns everyone to a common action plan and a coordinated schedule, reducing the risk of delays or conflicts.

OUR TEAM

Our projects are led by two key people — the Construction Manager and the Project Manager.

  • Construction Manager: Oversees day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progresses as planned. He provides regular updates to the Project Manager.

  • Project Manager: Tracks the overall construction schedule, manages communication with all stakeholders, and monitors project trackers such as procurement-driven Supply Chain updates and Daily Site Reports. Clients receive consistent, transparent updates throughout.

THE ARCHITECT

We place special emphasis on collaborating with architects and designers. By thoroughly reviewing and understanding their drawings, we guarantee accurate execution, ensuring the final outcome matches their design vision with zero discrepancies.
